Since 1936, Quinns of Baltinglass has been a trusted ally to farmers, and we are now expanding our Technical and Sales team to continue this support.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Targets: Set and agree on annual sales budgets aligned with business needs.
• Customer Management: Take full responsibility and ownership of a customer base in the Leinster area.
• Technical and Ruminant Support: Provide comprehensive technical support and advice to customers from initial enquiry through to after-sales services, including logistics and delivery.
• Farm Visits: Visit customers to assess animal performance, management practices, crop genetics, and environmental factors to offer a complete advisory service.
• Knowledge Upkeep: Stay updated with the latest nutritional and agronomy technologies, literature, and developments.
• Sustainability: Support and drive our Sustainability program.
  Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Skills: Strategic and commercial mindset, proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Team Player: Demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of a team and a desire for career progression within Quinns.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  Desirable skills:
• Crop Walking: Conduct crop walking and offer strategic advice, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
